Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a one-time code on top of your password.
- Log in to your client area.
- Click your name at the top right and choose Security Settings.
- Click Enable next to Two-Factor Authentication and choose an app-based authenticator (such as Google Authenticator or Authy).
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app, then enter the 6-digit code to confirm.
- Save the backup code shown - store it somewhere safe in case you lose your phone.
From then on you'll enter a fresh code at each login. Locked out and lost your backup code? Open a ticket so we can verify your identity and reset it. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA.
