Connect Microsoft 365 by verifying your domain and updating its DNS records to point to Microsoft.

1. In the Microsoft 365 admin center, add yourdomain.com and start verification.
2. Add the TXT verification record Microsoft provides using cPanel's Zone Editor.
3. Once verified, delete your old MX records and add Microsoft's MX record (typically yourdomain-com.mail.protection.outlook.com).
4. Add the required CNAME (autodiscover) and TXT (SPF) records Microsoft lists.
5. In cPanel Email Routing, set the domain to Remote Mail Exchanger.
