Renew an expired domain as soon as possible - most TLDs have a short grace period before the domain is deleted or auctioned.
- Log in to the Toshost client area.
- Go to Domains > My Domains (or your Domains list).
- Find the expired domain and click Renew.
- Choose the renewal term and pay by bKash, bank transfer, or card.
After payment, the domain returns to active status and its DNS resumes working, though it can take a little time to update. If the domain has passed the normal grace period and entered redemption, recovery usually costs more and must be handled manually - open a ticket right away so we can attempt to recover it before it's lost. To avoid this, enable auto-renew or renew well ahead of the expiry date.
