What are the correct email server settings and ports? Print

Use these settings when adding your account to any mail app. Always use your full email address as the username and SSL/TLS for security.

• Incoming server: mail.yourdomain.com
• IMAP (recommended): port 993 with SSL/TLS
• POP3: port 995 with SSL/TLS
• Outgoing (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com, port 465 SSL/TLS (or 587 STARTTLS)
• SMTP authentication: required (same username and password)

The exact secure hostname for your server is shown in cPanel under Email Accounts > Connect Devices. If SSL warnings appear, use that hostname. Still stuck? Open a ticket and we'll confirm your settings.
