How do I set up my email on Outlook? Print

Add your mailbox to Outlook in a few steps. First create the account in cPanel if you haven't.

1. In Outlook, go to File > Add Account.
2. Type your full email address and click Advanced options, then tick Let me set up my account manually.
3. Choose IMAP.
4. Incoming: mail.yourdomain.com, port 993, SSL/TLS.
5. Outgoing: mail.yourdomain.com, port 465 SSL (or 587 STARTTLS).
6. Enter your full email address as the username and your mailbox password, then finish.

Make sure outgoing server requires authentication is enabled. The exact secure hostname is in cPanel under Connect Devices. If sending fails, double-check the SMTP port and SSL. Need a hand? Open a ticket.
