cPanel makes setup easy without typing server names manually.
- Log in to cPanel and open Email Accounts.
- Click Connect Devices next to your address.
- For Apple Mail, iPhone, or iPad, click the configuration file (.mobileconfig) to auto-set up the account.
- For Outlook and others, use the Mail Client Automatic Configuration Scripts shown on that page.
If you prefer manual setup, use mail.yourdomain.com as both incoming and outgoing server, your full email address as the username, IMAP port 993 (SSL) and SMTP port 465 (SSL). Always choose SSL/TLS and require authentication for sending. The exact settings appear on the Connect Devices page; if a device won't connect, open a ticket.
