You have a few easy options to keep a copy of your mail.
- Mail client download: add the account to Outlook or Thunderbird using IMAP, then drag folders into a local folder so messages save to your computer.
- cPanel backup: open Backup and download a Home Directory or partial backup, which includes your mail stored under the
mailfolder. - Export from Webmail: in Roundcube you can select messages and export them as
.emlfiles.
For ongoing peace of mind, configuring IMAP in a desktop client gives you a continuous local copy. If you need a full account backup or help restoring messages, please open a ticket and we'll assist.
