cPanel includes Mailman for running discussion or announcement lists where one address reaches all subscribers.
- Log in to cPanel and open Mailing Lists.
- Enter a list name and choose your domain (this creates an address like
news@yourdomain.com). - Set an administrator password and access type, then click Add.
- Click Manage to add subscribers, set whether anyone or only admins can post, and customize messages.
Use a mailing list for newsletters or team announcements. Please send only to people who opted in, as bulk mail to unconfirmed addresses can trigger spam blocks. For large marketing campaigns, a dedicated email-marketing service is often a better fit. Need help configuring the list? Open a ticket.
