How do I enable DKIM for my domain? Print

  • 0

DKIM adds a digital signature that proves your mail is genuine, improving deliverability. On cPanel it's usually one click.

  1. Log in to cPanel and open Email Deliverability.
  2. Find yourdomain.com in the list and look at its status.
  3. If DKIM shows a problem, click Repair (or Manage) and cPanel will generate and install the correct DKIM record automatically.

If your domain uses our nameservers, the record is added for you. If your DNS is hosted elsewhere, click Manage to copy the DKIM (and SPF) record shown, then add it as a TXT record at your DNS provider. Allow up to 24 hours for it to take effect. Enabling SPF and DKIM together greatly reduces your mail landing in spam. Need a hand? Open a ticket.
