Use a domain forwarder (catch-all) to send every message for your domain to another address or domain.
- Log in to cPanel and open Forwarders.
- Scroll to Add Domain Forwarder.
- Choose your source domain (
yourdomain.com) and enter the destination domain, then click Add Domain Forwarder.
Now mail to any address at your domain is delivered to the matching address at the destination domain. To forward just one address instead, use Add Forwarder on the same page. Tip: forwarding to large providers like Gmail can sometimes cause SPF/DKIM issues; if forwarded mail bounces or lands in spam, consider downloading it directly or enabling SPF/DKIM.
