cPanel File Manager can both create and unpack archives:

To extract a ZIP:

1. Open File Manager and go to the folder containing your .zip file (often public_html).
2. Right-click the archive and choose Extract.
3. Confirm the destination folder and click Extract Files.

To create a ZIP:

1. Select one or more files/folders (hold Ctrl to multi-select).
2. Right-click and choose Compress.
3. Pick Zip Archive, name it, and click Compress Files.

Uploading one ZIP and extracting it is much faster than uploading many files individually. File Manager also supports .tar.gz and other formats. If extraction fails on a very large archive, you may be near your disk or inode limit - free up space or open a ticket.
