You have two easy options on Toshost.
- cPanel backup: log in to cPanel, open Backup or Backup Wizard, and download a full backup or just the Home Directory and your MySQL database. This captures all files and content.
- Plugin backup: install a plugin like UpdraftPlus or All-in-One WP Migration from the WordPress dashboard, then run a backup of files plus the database.
For a manual backup, copy your site folder via File Manager or FTP and export the database through phpMyAdmin. Store backups off-server (your computer or cloud) and back up before any major update. Schedule regular backups so you always have a recent copy to restore.
