How do I install OpenCart? Print

Use the Softaculous Apps Installer for the easiest OpenCart setup.

  1. Log in to cPanel through your client area.
  2. Open Softaculous and search for OpenCart.
  3. Click Install Now, pick yourdomain.com and choose https:// to use your free SSL.
  4. Enter the store and admin details, then click Install.

Prefer manual installation? Upload the OpenCart files to public_html, create a MySQL database in MySQL Databases, rename config-dist.php files as instructed, and run the installer at your domain.
