If you bought an SSL certificate from another provider, you can install it yourself in cPanel. Log in and open SSL/TLS, then click Manage SSL sites.
- Choose your domain from the dropdown.
- Paste the certificate (CRT) into the Certificate box.
- Paste the matching private key (KEY) you generated with your CSR.
- Paste the CA Bundle (intermediate certificates) provided by your issuer.
- Click Install Certificate.
The certificate and key must match, so use the key created alongside your CSR. After installing, force HTTPS and test with a private browser window. If you'd rather we install it for you, open a ticket and attach the certificate, key, and CA bundle.
