You do not need a full restore to recover one file. If you have a backup archive:

1. Upload the backup (or its .tar.gz) to your account via cPanel File Manager.
2. Right-click it and choose Extract to unpack it into a folder.
3. Browse into the extracted homedir structure, find the file or folder you need, and copy it back to its correct location (for example into public_html).

Alternatively, if our server keeps recent backups, we can pull a single file from a restore point for you. Open a ticket with the exact file path and the date you want it restored from, and we will recover just that item without touching the rest of your site.
