JetBackup gives you self-service backups and restores from inside cPanel, when it is enabled on your server:
- Log in to cPanel from your client area and look for JetBackup in the Files section.
- Open it to see available backup points by date.
- Choose what to restore: Full Backups, File Backups, Database Backups, or Email Backups.
- Click Restore next to the item and date you want, then confirm.
You can also Download a backup to keep your own copy. JetBackup restores overwrite current data for the selected items, so check the date first. If you do not see the JetBackup icon, it may not be enabled on your server, in that case use cPanel's Backup tool or open a ticket.
