cPanel-to-cPanel moves are the easiest because everything transfers together.
- On your old host, go to cPanel and use Backup to generate a Full Account Backup.
- Download that
.tar.gzfile, or note the FTP details where it's stored. - Open a ticket with us and provide your old cPanel login (or the backup), and we can restore the full account, websites, emails, databases and settings, for you.
If you prefer to do it yourself, you can restore individual pieces: upload files to public_html, import databases via phpMyAdmin, and recreate email accounts. Once everything is confirmed working on Toshost, update your domain's nameservers from your welcome email. Test before switching DNS to avoid downtime. Questions?
