Sites from non-cPanel hosts (Plesk, custom servers, or static hosting) migrate manually, but it's very doable.
- Download all your website files from the old host via FTP/SFTP or its file manager.
- Upload them to
public_htmlin Toshost cPanel using File Manager or FTP. - If you use a database, export it from the old host and import it via phpMyAdmin (see our database migration guide).
- Update your app's config file with the new database details and any paths.
- Recreate email accounts in cPanel and set the correct PHP version in MultiPHP Manager.
Test thoroughly using a temporary URL before pointing your domain to the nameservers in your welcome email. For apps needing special services, a VPS gives full control. Want help? Open a ticket with your old host details.
