You can pay with bKash two ways. For the automated online option, log in to your client area, open Billing > My Invoices, select the invoice, choose bKash, and complete the secure checkout - the invoice updates automatically.
For a manual bKash payment (Send Money):
- Send the invoice amount to our bKash number using the bKash app or USSD.
- Note the Transaction ID (TrxID) from the confirmation message.
- Submit the TrxID (and a screenshot if you can) so our team can verify it.
Once verified, your invoice is marked Paid. If you sent money but the invoice still shows unpaid after a while, open a ticket with your TrxID.
