Automatic renewal settings are managed in your client area. The exact toggle depends on the product type:
- Domains: go to Domains, click the domain, and look for the auto-renew setting.
- Hosting/services: go to Services > My Services, open the service, and review the recurring/renewal options.
Card payments can renew automatically if a card is saved; manual methods like bKash or bank transfer require you to pay each renewal invoice yourself. Disabling auto-renew stops the service from continuing past its term, so make sure that's what you want. If you can't find the option for a particular service, open a ticket and we'll set it the way you prefer.
