You normally enter a promo or coupon code during checkout in your client area:
- Add the product or service to your cart and proceed to the order/checkout page.
- Find the promo code or apply coupon field.
- Type the code exactly and click apply - the discount updates the total before payment.
Make sure the code is valid for the product you're ordering and hasn't expired, since some codes apply only to specific plans or first terms. If the discount doesn't appear, double-check for typos and extra spaces. For a code that should work on an existing invoice or renewal but isn't applying, open a ticket with the code and the order details, and we'll check it for you.
