The easiest way to clear several invoices is to handle them from Billing > My Invoices in your client area. Sometimes WHMCS can combine due invoices into a single mass payment at checkout, letting you settle them together in one transaction.
- Log in and open Billing > My Invoices.
- If a mass-pay or pay-all option appears, use it to combine the unpaid invoices.
- Otherwise, open and pay each invoice individually.
For manual bKash or bank payments, send the combined total and submit your transaction ID, clearly listing the invoice numbers it covers so we can apply it correctly. If you'd like us to consolidate several invoices for you, open a ticket with the invoice numbers.
