You manage account status from WHM under Account Functions.
- Suspend: Go to Account Functions > Manage Account Suspension, pick the account, add a reason and click Suspend. The site shows a suspended page but data is kept.
- Unsuspend: On the same page, select the account and click Unsuspend to restore service.
- Terminate: Go to Account Functions > Terminate an Account, select the account, confirm and click Terminate. This permanently deletes the account and all its data.
Suspension is reversible and ideal for non-payment, while termination is permanent. Always take a backup before terminating. If you need help recovering a terminated account, open a ticket quickly, though recovery is not guaranteed.
