To move a client to a different package in WHM:
- Go to Account Functions > Upgrade/Downgrade an Account.
- Select the client's account from the list.
- Choose the new package you want to apply.
- Click Upgrade/Downgrade.
This instantly updates the account's disk, bandwidth, email and database limits to match the new package. If you only need to tweak one value rather than switch packages, use Account Functions > Modify an Account or Quota Modification. When downgrading, check the account is not already using more disk than the smaller package allows, or it may hit its quota. Keep total assigned resources within your reseller plan limit, shown in your welcome email or client area.
