The VNC console gives you direct screen access to your server even when SSH or the network is down, perfect for rescuing a misconfigured firewall or a server that won't boot.
- Open the client area and select your VPS service.
- In the VPS control panel, look for a Console or VNC button and launch it.
- A terminal-style window opens in your browser; log in with your normal server credentials.
Use the console to fix SSH settings, repair firewall rules, or boot into recovery mode. If the console doesn't load, check that the server is powered on and try a different browser. Still no luck? Open a ticket and Toshost can check the host node.
