Seeing the old site after a migration is almost always caching or DNS still pointing to the previous host — not a server fault.

Confirm your domain uses our nameservers (from your welcome email). DNS changes can take up to 24–48 hours to fully propagate.
Flush your local DNS (ipconfig /flushdns) and test in an incognito window.
Check the live records with an online DNS lookup; if they still show the old IP, update them at your registrar.
Purge any CDN/Cloudflare cache and the LiteSpeed cache.
To preview before DNS switches, edit your computer's hosts file to point the domain at our server IP.

If propagation is complete everywhere but the old site persists, open a ticket.
