This error means the domain name could not be resolved to an IP — the DNS lookup failed. It is usually a DNS or registration issue, not the server.
- Check the spelling of the domain in your address bar.
- Confirm the domain is active and not expired in your client area or at your registrar.
- Verify the domain points to our nameservers (see your welcome email); if you just changed them, allow up to 24–48 hours to propagate.
- Flush your DNS cache (
ipconfig /flushdnson Windows) and restart your router. - Try a public DNS like
1.1.1.1or8.8.8.8to rule out your ISP.
If the domain is registered, pointed correctly, and propagated but still fails, open a ticket.
