Toshost maintains server-level backups as part of routine operations, and your data sits on secure infrastructure with regular software and security updates. However, the frequency, retention period and restore process can vary by plan, so you should always keep your own independent backups too.
You can create your own backups easily in cPanel using Backup or Backup Wizard to download a full or partial copy of your account, and many apps installed via Softaculous offer their own backup options. To request a restore or confirm the exact backup policy for your plan, open a ticket. Keeping a personal off-server backup is the safest practice, since backups are provided as a courtesy and not a substitute for your own copies.
